New Workout!

Running wasn't exactly in the cards after Friday night. Its funny how it can take a whole day to recover from Southern Comfort and orange juice. I did end the day with yoga, so I felt the day hadn't been a total loss. I think that's what meant by being flexible with one's self! Score!

Yesterday I did a light warmup and then created my own workout. There are just too many days where I can't make it to the classes that I want, but now I don't have to miss a workout! I will make a new page for the details of the workout, and will aim to change it every 4-6 weeks.
