On my third attempt I started up at 4.5mph and hung out there for 10 minutes before slowing down to 4.0mph and then kicking it back up to 4.5. I am so close to 4.5 being my comfortable pace for the treadmill. The red text shows my first attempt, with just the Lanolin. I got in just under 1 mile in 13 minutes. The blue text is my 2nd attempt, still stinking like a barn (don't get me wrong, Lanolin is great stuff, but it does remind me of goats) and the mustard color is the last stint I ran. *Any time that shows as 4.4mph is actually 4.5mph.* The second attempt was 0.55 miles in 8 minutes and the final stretch was 1.76 miles in 26 minutes.
I bought a new piece of posterboard so I can get my next round of training board up. I saw tonight that I should be doing 11 miles this weekend! Seems to me, I need way more practice over here at the 1/2 way mark.
