Whiiiiiiiiiining

The dog mooshed my foot at the beach. I don't feel like running.
I already ate dinner. I don't feel like running.
I have a loooong day tomorrow. I don't feel like running.

There are a lot of things we don't feel like doing - like getting cancer and leaving for Heaven early. It may seem overly dramatic, but this is what I think about when I don't feel like 'fill in the blank'. My Dad didn't get a choice; I do.

I chose not to run yesterday. Today I get to make another choice.

  1. Thanks! You're right, Wym! The real key is getting out there!

  2. Great post! I have heard what Wym said a lot and as HARD as it is to get outside during a heat wave when you're so tired is . . . the feeling of accomplishment afterward is great! Walking out the door is the hardest part (maybe getting dressed then walking out the door are tied for beign hard)! Enjoy your run!
