Stretching and Relaxing

I went to the hotel's gym this morning. I got on the treadmill. I even ran for about 63 seconds. Then I stopped, took off my sneakers and proceeded to spend the next 25 minutes stretching - in silence. It was wonderful. I almost fell asleep. I know this means running Thursday, Friday and Saturday - a bad, bad habit. I was just too stressed and tired this morning to give any more effort. I think I will plan to do my distance on Friday, with an easier run on Thursday and a bit more challenging run on Saturday, with lots of protein and carbs to keep me going.

  2. Sometimes that is what your body needs! Hopefully now your 3x workouts will be that much better :)
