Mrs. Wishy Washy

The children's book, 'Mrs. Wishy Washy' doesn't really have much to do with my post; it was a book that my niece and I loved to read together. The reason it popped into my head is because I have been wishy-washy. I got out and did my 2 training runs this week; excellent! And now. It is time to be hard lined, and so today is Day 1 of 'KT80 Gets Shredded' (the polls are now open for a better name), the 9 week program to get myself back into my clothes. Discipline is all it will take, and who better than my hero Ms. Michaels to offer me that discipline? So, back to 'No More Trouble Zones'. I hope Ms. Michaels doesn't find my blog and think I am equating her with Mrs. Wishy Washy because I'm not, but the determination of both woman is quite remarkable.

I told you before that my half training had lapsed, but it is back in place! Now, I am telling you that my waist line has lapsed, but it is getting back in place.

Thanks for keeping me accountable blogger buddies! Your supportive comments mean a lot to me!

  1. You can do it!! It's so easy to quit when you go rouge... but getting back in the game is what makes the difference! Shred it up!

  2. Ms. Michaels will definitely get you whipped into shape. I have a real hate/love relationship with her videos!

  4. Yeah Katie! Good for you for calling yourself to task! It can be hard to get back into the routine once you slip out, but after the first few days it always (to me) feels really good to be back at it. :)

  6. ....awwwww. Flap your elbows a few strides, the way that your niece does when she's "running funny".
