Just One More

Last night at Power Pump I could tell that I am getting stronger! I increased the weight on my bar (from 10 pounds to 14 pounds), used heavier dumbbells and did half of the pushups in full position. I didn't go down more than a few inches in my pushups, but it is the first time in a long while that I was able to do any off of my knees! I really pushed myself last night, and spent the workout focusing on my goals and paying close attention to my breathing. The best part is that I am not totally broken today, which is good since yoga starts in 30 minutes.

I have enjoyed more homemade pizza (making pizza dough is really easy) than I should have in the last two days and can't justify it no matter how hard I try. Luckily, today is a new day and I have a hankering for salad.
